President Bush's veto of a bill to expand health care for kids gives Connecticut reason to move ahead with a truly universal plan for the state. So said a leading health care-reformer, Juan Figueroa of the Universal Health Care Foundation (pictured) in a statement released as a new state authority prepares to start tackling the subject.
