Gov. Jodi Rell would definitely not appoint herself U.S. senator if Joe Lieberman goes all the way and formally joins the Bush administration. So she said at a press conference in Hartford. Asked about accepting in-kind campaign help from the dirty-money funded GOP, Rell kinda said no. But then didn’t. Click here for Dan Levine’s report.
