Work has pretty much stopped on those new artists’ lofts being built at Whalley Avenue and West Rock Avenue, but not for long. According to Thea Buxbaum, one of the $5.3 million project’s prime movers, a supplier sent the wrong sized windows; too small. Until the supplier ships the right windows, the crew can’t put up the outside walls. Buxbaum said to expect a three-week delay; we’re halfway into it.
