That’s New Haven’s number-two cop, Bryan Norwood, at right next to his new boss, Bridgeport Mayor John Fabrizi. Fabrizi Tuesday named Norwood the Park City’s new police chief. Click here to read the release from the City of Bridgeport. Norwood starts his new gig on April 22.
