A block away from the spot on Kensington Street where 22-year-old Marquis “Toby” White was fatally shot in November, a man was taken to Yale-New-Haven Hospital for gunshot wounds Tuesday. Police said Rashemu Pittman was shot numerous times outside 76 Kensington St. at about 5 p.m. Tuesday… In an unrelated incident at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, police approached a group of youths on Howard Avenue and Spring Street and arrested a 15-year-old boy for possession of a semi-automatic handgun… In East Rock Park at 1 p.m., two middle-aged men were “getting to know each other” in the woods when one of them robbed the other at gunpoint, police said.
