No Starbucks for Westville

A deal has fallen through to bring Starbucks to the triangle where Whalley Avenue meets Fountain Street, reports the would-be developer, Alex Marathas. “The tenant found out about what was going on and negotiated a new lease with the owner,” he said. That apparently gives Dunkin’ Donuts up to another seven years at Westville’s gateway.
