Here’s the assignment: bring your most recent electric and heating bills. Here’s what happens in class: They go over the bills with you, and show you how to pay less each month. Welcome to “Saving Energy 101,” a free class being offered in New Haven thanks to United Illuminating, the Community Foundation and City Hall. It’s free. To register for a class, call 562-0598.
