Citywide Internet?

Do you want the city to offer internet access? New Haven wants to know. Take the city’s survey.

I think there are two major problems with this survey:
1) People without internet are underrepresented.
2) The survey questions make little to no sense to Yale Students (of which I am one), even though many Yale students are registered to vote in New Haven (as am I).
As much as I care about my own interests, I do think the first concern is far more troubling than the second.
