How do we preserve human rights in an age of terrorism? Dan Noble, a Yale Law School student who is studying national security law, leads a discussion Monday. “Dan was previously an associate at DFI Government Services in Washington, DC where he worked on counterterrorism, homeland security and national preparedness policy issues for the government,” says the New Haven Free Public Library, which is co-sponsoring the talk as part of the Great Decisions discussion series in the library’s Community Program Room at 133 Elm Street. Free and open to all, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday evenings.
