Police happened to see a drug deal transpire in a car near 500 Blake St. Wednesday night. When they approached the car, the driver sped off down West Hills Road, tossing a plastic bag filled with a “large quantity of prepackaged heroin and assorted pills” out the window, police said. They caught the 25 year-old man when he returned to retrieve the bag and charged him with a variety of narcotics-related offenses. The cops said they seized $2,802 in cash,”three cell phones, nearly 60 assorted pills, approximately 30 grams of heroin with a street value of about $18,000, and a 2002 Nissan Maxima.” Pictured above: The big bag, and the little bags.
