Lamont Leaps Toward Convention

Less than a week before the state Democratic nominating convention, U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman wisely tried to short-circuit a publicity surge for challenger Ned Lamont’s campaign by dampening expectations. Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal wrote a flattering feature on Lamont (with a nod to blogger My Left Nutmeg), and Lamont unveiled a slick, wide-ranging 10-minute video by anti-Wal-Mart documentarian Robert Greenwald; click here to watch it.
