Poverty Crook Scam Authority, Cont’d

You may not believe this, but… someone at New Haven’s housing authority was scamming money meant for poor people! OK, maybe that’s an old tale by now. But this newest case is interesting nonetheless: two employees secretly set up a company, put up other people’s names as the pretend owners, then allegedly funneled government money to their company so they could pocket the dough.
