STDZ Sought For Boulevard

We made up that acronym. Sounds snappier than “speed trap detection zone” (although it has a faint medial disease feel to it). What really matters is whether this idea will stop speeders from killing people on Ella Grasso Boulevard. It’s the latest in a package of ideas City Hall has presented to the state for ending the carnage on that roadway. Click here to read a City Hall press release about it.
