Rubber duckies — i.e. “temporary post delineators” (pictured) — are coming to Ella Grasso Boulevard as part of an attempt to stop speeders from killing any more people. Crashes on the road have caused seven deaths in just two months. The duckies are one of several measures Gov. Jodi Rell announced Friday to try to make the Boulevard safer.
