After Cemetery Stabbing, A Front-Stoop Debate

As police continued seeking clues Thursday into the brutal, near-fatal stabbing of a prostitute in a Fair Haven graveyard, neighbors like Lucy Otero (pictured) debated with each other and a local developer over how to make their block safer. Thinking back to the late 70's when a number of women were killed and no one caught.. I pray that we don't have a repeat......
