These 10 New Haven high-schoolers have finished a first-of-its-kind program to train future firefighters and emergency medical techs: Jessie Camacho/Hyde Leadership School, Julie Carasone/ Hill Regional Career High School, Shante Ferguson/James Hillhouse High School, Ariella Cheskis-Gold/Wilbur Cross High School, Yajaira Gonzalez// High School in the Community, Amanda Gomez/ Sound Aquaculture School, Shemiah Mitchell/Metropolitan High School, Domenic Pizzorusso/Sound Aquaculture School, Crystal Torres/New Haven Academy, and Tyjon Valentine/Hill Regional Career High School. They have a graduation ceremony Monday
