Check out the latest blog entry on MyLeftNutmeg from Mayor and gubernatorial candidate John DeStefano, and the positive comments that follow. It’s just his second try blogging outside a site he controls; he already gets the formula — personal, substantive, conversational, genuine, unpackaged, noncommercial. Politicians are trying to figure out this new way of communicating directly with the public. Meanwhile, the DeStefano campaign is trying to figure out the larger question of how to do effective in-house campaign blogging, something none of us would-be web-heads really understands yet.
