Oops — Ballots Went Out Too Late

It may take a while to tabulate the results of the Aug. 8 Democratic primaries. The feds Wednesday sued Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz for failing to send absentee ballots to the military and uniformed officers oversees in time. So the final count may not end until Aug. 25.
