UI Gets Sick; Shell Robber Nabbed

An ambulance rushed Wednesday afternoon to the downtown Financial Center building, where a whole group of UI employees was violently ill after eating lunch at the same downtown restaurant, a fire official said. At least six employees on the fifth floor were vomiting, according to a fire lieutenant. … Cops tracked down and arrested a 44 year-old man for robbing a city Shell Gas station three times. The man had also robbed gas stations in North Haven and West Haven, said police. … And a 40 year-old man from Derby was arrested for stealing a laptop from a Yale building, then stealing a credit card to pay for a getaway cab.
