Nora Dannehy (pictured), the low-profile superstar prosecutor who brought crooked politicos like John Rowland to their day of judgment in New Haven’s federal court, received a “Distinguished Service Award” from the U.S. attorney general for those corruption cases… Gubernatorial candidate John DeStefano called for Connecticut to push for more money and better coordination on homeland security.
