Residents at 42 Mansfield St. were forced to evacuate at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday due to a natural gas leak. … And gunshots were reported in two places Monday — at 9:37 p.m. West Street near Frank Street, and at 11:30 p.m. at Judith Terrace, where a gunshot victim was also reported — but police found no evidence of bullets victims, according to police spokesman Officer Joe Avery. … For block-by-block year-to-date crime info, check the Independent’s crime log.
