Thursday was graduation day for young people grabbing a second chance at a promising life — at the Job Corps, by West Rock. It was a moving day for all involved. And it featured a version of the Star Spangled Banner, in three-party harmony, like none you’re ever heard before. (The stars of a certain new movie should watch out.)
