A second St. Raphael’s Hospital employee in three days has been robbed near work. A 59 year-old woman, was robbed of her purse at knifepoint while entering her car at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday. … A man in his 60s showed up at Yale New-Haven Hospital Tuesday afternoon: A witness said he’d been beaten up by three men at 4 p.m. on Smith Avenue. … A man was arrested at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday on Grand Avenue and Loyd Street for an alleged strong-armed robbery … And another violent incident has broken out at the Jacks or Better bar on Fitch Street: Three or four men pulled out a gun and robbed a patron while an officer was clearing out the bar at closing time Tuesday night.
