Body Found In Q River

A private company inspecting the Grand Avenue Bridge Friday morning at 9:45 a.m. made an unexpected discovery in the Quinnipiac River: The body of an adult man. The body was too bloated to be recognizable, but police are continuing an investigation into the identity of the man and how he got there, according to police spokeswoman Bonnie Winchester. … And a man was robbed at gunpoint at 77 Blake St. at about 5 p.m. Thursday.
