“Career Development School” Debuts

A new program has begun in New Haven to train public-housing tenants for construction careers. Tom Ficklin of Empower New Haven (a sponsor of a separate, related construction workforce program) sent in this video of an event at Farnam Court Tuesday unveiling the program.
