A former Connecticut Department of Transportation contractor was sentenced to two years’ probation, 75 hours of community service and a fine of $3,000 for a bid-rigging scheme surrounding the renovation of the Conn-DOT offices on the fourth floor of Union Station in New Haven in 2003 and 2004.
