IMG_0811.JPGThis developer’s plans for River Street will flourish, thanks to unanimous aldermanic approval Monday night. Also at the Board of Aldermen’s Monday meeting, alders unanimously approved a $1.2 million budget amendment to add 26 officers, two lieutenants, and one captain, as well as 26 civilian jobs to the New Haven Police Department… and aldermen accepted a $175,000 state grant to establish a monument to the 29th Colored Regiment Civil War Infantry in Criscuolo Park…
