Is this congealed "liquid stupid" falling from the sky? Why is it that when a single flake of snow falls in this city the inhabitants and their (I guess, "our" would be more appropriate, as pained as I am to admit it) incompetent city government go into panic mode? It's snow, for god's sake. It's not frozen acid or some sort of sign of the apocalypse. Sure, you need to be a bit more careful, but you're looking at a few inches at worst? Why is this city so incapable of coping with snow? And god forbid the snow should fall in a quantity greater than nil. Then city works really shines. It seems that the snow removal strategy for anything more than an inch is to dust the roads with sand and wait it out until spring in hopes that it melts.

But will spring ever come again, and will this strange white substance even react to the sun? Or are we all doomed? Stay tuned to find out in this latest installment of...
