Guilford’s Anthony Perrotti unloaded properties in the Hill and Newhallville. The Buenaventuras continued to transfer property within the family, in Newhallville. And, as usual, out-of-town absentee landlords and shadowy partnerships cashed in on a range of properties in poorer neighborhoods.
