Blumenthal Objects to Cottage St. Ledger

State Attorney General Dick Blumenthal (pictured), defender of charities, has filed an official objection to the final account filed by attorney Gabriel Cusanelli on the Cottage Street/ “crippled children’s fund” estate sale (as Randall Beach reported in Thursday’s Reg). Did the executor, Cusanelli, sell it for a fair price? Did he personally profit when he sold it to business partners? Blumenthal wants to know. Click here, here and here to read his objection. M.B.
