White-William.jpgIntervening in their attempts to retire early, the city has announced it will seek to terminate the two cops named in the narcotics unit’s theft and bribery scandal. Top narcotics cop Lt. Billy White (pictured) and Det. Justen Kasperzyk will face a termination hearing on April 4, announced Mayor John DeStefano, Jr. “This sends a very clear message that such a violation of public trust will not be tolerated or rewarded by the City,” he said.
