The state’s mini-“Big Dig” highway debacle has been settled, with the state winning $17.5 million from an insurer for defective storm drains on I-84, reports the guv.… Fellowship Place, a rehab center in the Dwight area, gets $1 million from the state for repairs: Click here for a press release.
