A would-be politician has listened to The People. After Independent readers lambasted him for not knowing that Dixwell and Newhallville are city neighborhoods, realtor Andy Ross said he has decided not to run for mayor after all, for now. He made this announcement in the same arena where he made his original candidacy announcement: in the comments section of an Independent article.
