A “Youth Empowering Solutions” benefit gospel concert for Youth@ Work was held Friday night at Church on the Rock. Sponsors included Empower New Haven, the Christian Community Commmission, New Haven 828, and Youth@Work. Performers included Mitchell Jean and Another Level of Praise, Deon Kipping and New Covenant, Dee Dee’s Dance Center and Smokie Norful. For information on supporting Youth@Work, call 946-7582.
