Chief To Firefighters: Buckle Up!

A deathly accident two weeks ago in Waterbury in which a fire captain was thrown from his fire truck for not wearing a seat belt prompted New Haven Chief Michael Grant to use the “teachable moment” and reissue the order that all firefighters must wear seat belts.
