The realtor and momentary mayoral candidate (pictured at left) has pledged to pony up $500 for the grassroots summer youth program launched by two enterprising teens on Newhallville’s Thompson Street (including Javaughn “J.J” Harris, at left in top photo). Ross promises to match another $500 in contributions, if more people pony up in the interest of giving city kids productive ways to spend the summer.
