Soapbox Champ Heads To Akron

stock%20car2%202.JPGTajMalik Chardon is headed for a stock-car race in Akron, Ohio, this July, after winning first place this past Saturday in a sopabox derby in Edgewood Park.

Chardon is shown with his mother to the left in the above photo and with other participants in the race. Makana Ellis of the Dixwell-Yale University Community Learning Center at the Rose Center sent these photos.
