martinlawrence.jpgJust when you thought the Hollywood mania had subsided… producers of Walt Disney’s “College Road Trip” starring Martin Lawrence (pictured) have chosen to shoot some scenes in New Haven, according to Sophia Costas at Sylvia Fay/Lee Genick Casting & Associates Casting. The comedy, which will be shot throughout Connecticut for nine weeks starting July 9, is about a young woman who goes on a college-visiting road trip with her father, “an overprotective cop.” A casting call has been set for Sunday, June 24 at the Little Theater on New Haven’s Lincoln Street — click here for details.
