Watch Joe

Connecticut’s Sen. Bipartisan has emerged as perhaps the most outspoken proponent in Washington of not just a continued full-press in Iraq — but also attacking Iran. To get a full sense of his position, click on the play arrow above to watch a press conference he held with the Connecticut press, courtesy of our friends at Fox 61. Click here to comment.

Thank goodness that "JOE-mentum" turned into "NO-mentum"

Show me the money, Joe, just show me the money. You said all these horrible things about WMD, nuclear programs and the like. Joe scared the bejesus out of the whole country with visions of mushroom clouds striking our homeland. Not a single word was true, not one, nothing.
Now, comes Righteous Joe preaching the gospel of launching yet another war with another country when we haven't cleaned up the two we got. So, Joe..show me the money. Lay out all the evidence you have to back up what makes you think these thoughts about Iran -- don't show me the picture of the trucks in the parking lot again and tell me there is WMD inside, or that you know things we Americans aren't smart enough to know. Just show me the evidence, real evidence.
Thank god heisn't president -- Can you imagine Joe Lieberman with his finger on the nuclear button?
Having said all that, and watching Joe support illegal aliens is pretty funny contrast. Here we are blowing up Iraqis, gunning down Afghanistanis, the insurgents are killing a hundred or more every day, we're rounding them up in masses and putting them all in jail where the conditions are miserable -- "they're treated like dogs" -- on a grand scale, innocents and guilty, and Joe thinks all that's fine. Gitmo's great.
But gee...we shouldn't round up a few illegals here in New Haven.

Great idea Sen Lieberman,
Lets stay in Iraq and then get into a tussle with a Iran, which borders the 300 mile exit route for our worn military forces.
The fact is that Iran was liberalizing until George W Bush incited their new conservative movement with his axis of evil speech. The only people who stand to gain from this is people who benefit from instability in the Middle East...people like Sen Lieberman and George W Bush. The more they ramp up the rhetoric and the political tension, the more they create unrest, fear, and military build-up.
By the way, If I haven't mentioned it before, thanks a lot to all of the back-stabbing Democrats who didn't vote for their party's candidate. If Joe Lienberman wasn't in office the world might be a different place.
