Murphy.jpgThe 31-story, 338-foot-high tower that Becker and Becker wants to build on the Shartenberg site will bring in a whole lot of tax money — starting in 2013. Meanwhile, it will receive $38.2 million in taxpayer subsidy (not counting money for public-housing units). Those numbers come from responses just issued to the Board of Aldermen’s questions on the project, prepared by the office of city Development Administrator Kelly Murphy (pictured).
