Fireworks Rescheduled

Patriots and big-boomers take heart: The rain delayed the city’s Independence Day fireworks extravaganza, but didn’t kill it. The event at Long Wharf’s Vietnam War Veterans Memorial has been rescheduled for Friday beginning at 9:15 p.m. Park free at Gateway Community College, the Regional Water Authority, One Long Wharf or the New Haven Register.
