ID Card Launch Date Set

A launch date has been set for the city’s municipal ID card program. Starting July 24, residents — citizens and undocumented immigrants alike — can get the card by bringing acceptable forms of identification and residency the new “Office of New Haven Residents,” located on the first floor of City Hall at 165 Church St. The card, a combination picture-ID/debit card/parking-meter-payer, costs $10 for adults and $5 for children.
