City Hall’s choice of developer for the Shartenberg site says publicly it can build a 338-foot-high tower there by 2009. The fine print of the deal negotiated with City Hall gives the developer well into 2011 or beyond. That fact’s included among the latest written answers, submitted Wednesday by city development chief Kelly Murphy (pictured), to questions from aldermen ready to quiz officials on the deal at a Wednesday night hearing.
