Two Safe “Nights Out”

The streets filled with the balloons and dance moves as neighbors in two parts of the city united for an anti-crime, community-building “National Night Out.” Uncle Chip (pictured above) brought the limbo to the Sunset Ridge Apartments, where neighbors and top police brass debated the state of community policing— click here for Allan Appel’s report.
