A state agency visited a Westville synagogue Tuesday morning to dedicate a new solar installation. Meanwhile, the synagogue’s rabbi has worked with his state representative, Pat Dillon, to make it easier (i.e. cheaper) for other people and organizations throughout the state to install their own solar panels.
