New Haven had its first experience with electronic voting on Diebold machines in Tuesday’s Democratic aldermanic primaries. Click on the play arrow to watch and hear the action at Wexler-Grant School as Ward 22 Moderator Edna Kripps printed the election receipts — er, returns — and announced the results.
