Mugged At Bottlepoint

A man was struck with a beer bottle by two muggers at 5:47 p.m. Monday at Chapel and Ferry Streets. Attackers stole $230 and fled on trick bikes… Also Monday, another man had his gold chain stolen at gunpoint at 10 p.m. at Dixwell Avenue and Bassett Street, according to police spokesman Officer Joe Avery.
