Scooters Descend On City

They came from as far as Montreal, Canada, waking up at 5 a.m. to weave through 15 hours of back roads all the way to the Elm City. Over 30 vintage motorscooter enthusiasts zoomed in to Rudy’s Restaurant this weekend to kick off the Elm City Scooter Club’s first three-day scooter rally. Late Friday, the troops lined up on Elm Street for a late-night doughnut run (pictured, photo by Thomas MacMillan).
