ok I guess I am the one that should comment on this because the Cedar Hill Rail yards may play a big part in this.
First this is an old report I found on it.

This can become an amazing industry to the city. A major tax boost. As long it is done right. I would love to hear more about it.
Who is working on this?? Do we have any more info???
