Good job. I saw that a former city official stated that the sale of the WPCA was to lower taxes. That was wrong. Paul you hit the nail on the head it was to generate fast money to balance the budget for FY 2003 and 2004. I wonder what the new budget will increase by this year. Don't be surprised if it's close to $15,000,000 more than last year. To bad the same research didn't go into Anastasio, who paid no taxes on receipts under 12-255 according to the State and CSX only paid on the income of the lease.
